I was ordering some bases for my 1/2400th scale Napoleonic ships the other day, when I spotted these nifty acrylic turn templates for Kiss Me Hardy on the Warbases website. As KMH is one of the possible sets of rules I plan to use for the Napoleonic project and as the templates match my existing Arc of Fire ones from the same place, I thought I'd buy the set. Here they are with a small 1/2400th scale ironclad, which is mounted on similar sized base to the ones I'll use for the Age of Sail frigate models. Very nice!

Big push right now for me getting caught up on my Legion models. With the new theme changes, this guy is a free option in two themes now so should probably have him painted I guess.
GenCon 2019 is now 2 weeks away from the official start of the convention, just like last year, my plan is too only attend the Sunday event. The Sunday ticket has a special price of just $15, compared to $110 for all 4 days, or $75 on Saturday.Seeing how my son and I only want to go to the Vendor Hall, paying anything more to "shop" would be ridiculous. It will be more for the ambiance of the convention and pickup a few items if I see what I like, plus the last time my son had attended he was like 7-8 years old.I do have a shopping list (want list) planned out for the event:HobbyWashes/Paints (if there is something I see that I really want), maybe some more Army Painter paints.TerrainBMG Small obstacles/buildingsModelsBMG Bronze TigerBMG Teen Titans?BMG White/Dark Knight (Harvey)BMG Ventriloquist Crew?Arena Rex?Guild Ball New Rookies (if available)X-Wing?Warmachine/Hordes Oblivion? Some of the items would have to be on a show special price in order for me to purchase (mainly X-Wing) seeing how
I subscribe to Sexy Cyborg you-tube channel. Yes she dress like a Japanese anime figure. Has large tats-tats. But she is a 3d printer nerd. Her reviews are honest, with good facts. Also she is will help people having problems with creality. Because of her review of the Ender 3 I bought one. It is a great little printer that needs a little tuning. The mistake I had was buying it from Gear Best. Don't purchase from Gear best. If you have a problem or defect printer..well. It is like smashing your head against the wall. Yesterday I replaced my control broad with the latest creality broad. Wow is all I can say. For the 35 dollar upgrade it is a new machine. No longer have the wining sound of the stepper motors. The movement is super smooth. My prints are even better than beforeBack to the purpose of the post. Noami in the youtube is showing a new product from creality a 3d scanner. The quality is not bad fo
Hudson: Hej, Vaskezova, da li su te ikada zamenili za muškarca. Vaskezova: Ne, a tebe? Šta god mislili o filmovima i igrama iz franšize “Aliens” (kod nas prevedeno kao “Osmi putnik”), posredi je važan deo pop-kulture, a švedski studio za RPG igre, Fria Ligan, dobio je licencu da […]
Today's model is coming from "left field", just out of the blue, I thought I would paint something different like I did with yesterday's 'Scarecrow'. I knew this model would not take long to complete and we can add it to our completed collection. We picked up 'Black Manta' (David) from the redemption table this past May while attending MuseOn Con. Since this model has a re-release from Knight Models with the same sculpt, this model which is metal can still be legal in "Standard" tournaments. Black MantaBlack MantaPainting Points: 1

Issue 436 of Miniature Wargames (August 2019) has a five page 'how-to' article on scratch-building this Star Trek Shuttle for 28mm gaming. The full tutorial, written by me shows how I re-drew scale plans, built the shuttle and painted it as well as sourcing some suitable hull decorations. The magazine is available from Warners, your local gaming store or W H Smiths in the UK.Shuttle DiplomacyThe model was built on a foamboard core with plastic card cladding and bits from the spares box. It was painted with 'rattle-can' spray paints and acrylics and finished with home-made and scrounged decals and labels. In addition to the Star Trek Shuttle, there are another two 'how-to' articles and a number of early Tolkien First Age scenarios. The magazine also includes the usual reviews and eye candy.Tony
Supreme Littleness Designs NewsThe big news is that the big wait may soon be over! We've all been waiting patiently for the big changes that were prompted by Supreme Littleness Designs' visit to Salute this year. Now we are able to herald the news that that production of the Littleness designs will soon be handed over to a much bigger manufacturing base. This will speed up the delivery of your orders at the same time as allowing new designs to appear more often. The good news for everyone interested in the sabot bases is that we will make a start with the sabot base ranges. These will be repackaged with labelled variants. The future, I hope you agree, is exciting – with much more opportunity to expand the ranges!Supreme Littleness Designs
