Age of Sigmar: Warcry
The Ironjawz are on to their first Convergence, taking on the Iron Golems in a Raid as they continue their search for a Good Scrap!
It’s time for another GMG Review! Today I take a look at Monsters and Mercenaries, the first supplement for Games Workshop’s WARCRY. This 64 page book adds 3 new Thrall Beasts for Chaos Warbands, 4 new open Quests for any of the factions, 8 Raid-style missions to fight Monsters and Boss level units, including one of the new Warbands yet to be released (the Everchosen). Add to that dozens of Hero-Level Mercenaries and there’s plenty for WARCRY fans to sink their teeth into.
The new Warbands have arrived for the Age of Sigmar armies and I’m joined by Chase for a three-game series pitting his Ironjawz against my three Warbands. First up are the Stormcast Eternals in their debut game!
Check out what I painted this week and take a look at upcoming projects!
It’s game four of our Campaign series and it’s time for the Iron Golems and Sever Salis to have attempt first Convergence, attacking a Caravan in The Raid!
It’s Convergence time! The Untamed Beasts hit their first Convergence in their Quest and must play The Hunters, Hunted!
It’s time for ANOTHER GMG Review! This time we take a look at Games Workshop’s latest skirmish-game offering; WARCRY. Build a warband using simple symbol-driven stat-cards and fight for Glory and Re-Rolls in the Age of Sigmar through 12 linked Narrative missions to earn cool Artifacts at the end of your Quest. Then, start another Quest for even more Glory and Stuff! Sit down with me as I unbox the game and go through all of the rules for playing, building warbands, setting up the game and the various modes of play.
