BMG: The Red Death (Bruce Wayne) [Unknown]

When I finished 'The Merciless' the other day, I was not sure if I would be able to get around t get another model painted this week, well yesterday I had some spare time (after watching the Guild Ball English National Championships on YouTube) and decided to work on 'The Red Death' since I already had the blister pack sitting on my painting table.Unfortunately the tips of his Bat ears were broken off in the packaging and had to make do with what was there.Honestly I am not sure how much table time this model will get, but he is marked as completed. The Red DeathThe Red DeathPainting Points: 1

BMG: The Merciless (Bruce Wayne) [Unknown]

Well I did manage to get a model painted this week (not sure if there will be more, but we'll see).  On Monday afternoon one of my shipments arrived of more BMG models, yes more!  In this shipment was a blister of the "Dark Knights", I especially wanted this pack for 'Merciless', so of course I had to open the pack up and get to work on this model.  I was cautious on how I wanted his blue metal armor and had some ideas in my head, and after several test colors on my test model, I came up with a solution.  I decided to mix blue with silver metallic and then do a blue wash.  I am actually quite happy on how he turned out.  One thing to note is the base, Knight Models shipped me all 30mm bases and this model is supposed to be on a 40mm, so I had to dig out one of my spare WM/H bases.  It will be interesting to try out this model with the possibility of doing 12 blood. The MercilessThe MercilessPainting Points: 2

BMG: Reverse Flash TV Show (Eobard Thawne) [Unknown]

I decided to change things up a bit and move away from my Joker Crew (although I only do have 1 model left to complete for now) and finish up the last model from my "Legion of Doom" blister pack, 'Reverse Flash' (Eobard Thawne).  Now we have an evil Speedster to go up against The Flash! Reverse FlashReverse FlashPainting Points: 1

BMG: Black Manta (David)

Today's model is coming from "left field", just out of the blue, I thought I would paint something different like I did with yesterday's 'Scarecrow'.  I knew this model would not take long to complete and we can add it to our completed collection. We picked up 'Black Manta' (David) from the redemption table this past May while attending MuseOn Con.  Since this model has a re-release from Knight Models with the same sculpt, this model which is metal can still be legal in "Standard" tournaments. Black MantaBlack MantaPainting Points: 1

BMG: Black Flash

My son likes to occasionally play 'Flash', and when using the Speed Force there is a chance that you have to roll 2D6 on the Paradox Table, one of the results on the Paradox Table (12) is "Black Flash Appears".  If 'Black Flash' appears, the model is placed on a board page and is controlled by your opponent for the rest of the game. Just in case the 'Black Flash' appears, my son went out and got the model that represents him. Black FlashBlack FlashPainting Points: 1

BMG: Damien Darhk

Well I started to make a dent in the 45 models I had assembled and ready for painting, but then more arrived yesterday afternoon, but we'll get to those at a later time. For today it is another Unknown affiliate with 'Damien Darhk'.  I knew once I finished John Constantine, I had to have a counter-magic player also completed.I have still yet to try Magic in Batman Miniature Game, but I have until November to flush out the Crews that I want to play at the next event which is the Renegade Open, November 22nd-24th. Damien DarhkDamien DarhkPainting Points: 1

BMG: Clayface (Basil Karlo)

The first model for the month of June is now completed.  Right after coming home from MuseOn Con, I ordered 'Clayface' (after seeing him played at the Con).  So coming home with a bunch of models was not enough, I had to order one more.  'Clayface' arrived before last weekend (fast shipping from Muse on Minis) and I was able to assemble/prime him over the weekend.  I decided to do this model first of the 45+ models I need to complete since I knew he would not take that long to do.  The only matter was trying to find the right color for him (as I try and match studio colors when I paint my models).  I think he came out pretty close. ClayfaceClayfacePainting Points: 5

BMG: Diablo (Chato Santana)

I was able to get another Suicide Squad model completed yesterday, (honesty I thought I was done for the week) and now it makes my decision a lot harder for which Crew I want to play with at this weekends MuseOn Con.  I think I am leaning towards using the Suicide Squad models, even though I have never played with any of them, it may be a fun/good weekend to learn how they work. The model completed yesterday was 'Diablo', it was a tough call between him and 'Slipknot', but having unlimited ammo on his short range "Flaming Tattoos" is kind of nice, the only drawback is that if he fails a Willpower roll at the start of his turn, he does not get to attack. DiabloDiabloPainting Points: 1

BMG: Killer Croc (Waylon Jones)

Another member of the Suicide Squad was completed this week (and the last model for the Squad that was prepped for painting) is 'Killer Croc'.  I have no near future plans of using this model, I just thought he would be a fairly quick and easy model to paint and get completed. Killer CrocKiller CrocPainting Points: 1

BMG: Deadshot (Floyd Lawton)

I have been working on a few models and a few buildings at the same time, so the first post for today will be another Batman Miniature Game model with 'Deadshot' from the Suicide Squad box.'Deadshot' also nicknamed 'Willshot' (Will Smith's from the movie) is a great model to have if you like to shoot in the game, and boy do I like to shoot, more than likely this model will be seeing a lot of playing time in game that I play of 350 Rep. DeadshotDeadshotPainting Points: 1

BMG: Captain Boomerang (George Harkness)

Since playing 2 games of Batman Miniature Game this past weekend for MuseOn Con practice, afterwards I was second guessing one of my models in my crew ('Tet') since I really did not do to much with his Flamethrower, although against 'Joker' or 'Penguin' crews it may come in handy. If I remove 'Tet' and the additional 12 Rep I had left over, I could fit in 'Captain Boomerang' from the Suicide Squad who can work for 'Two-Face' as a Free Agent.  So yesterday I quickly assembled the model and threw it on my painting table and he was quickly completed.  I am hoping to give him a try this weekend (if time allows) to see how he does compared to 'Tet'. Captain BoomerangCaptain BoomerangPainting Points: 1
