I've started a Patreon make a few things more self-sustaining, there is absolutely no obligation to join. :)Cardboard Warriors Patreon Hello you can call me Squirmydad and I am the current steward of the Cardboard Warriors kingdom. Many artists start Patreons to raise funds to support their work and to directly engage with their fans, this is not one of those Patreons. This is a Patreon that I am starting so that I can continue to support the work of paper miniature and paper model artists. I run a forum called Cardboard Warriors;Cardboard Warriors Forumand a website;OneMonk.comThe website is chock full of all sorts of free downloads and tutorials and has been added to on a monthly basis since 2008. Most of what is on the site comes from the Forum and all of the great artists who share their work there. Every month there is a different theme that artists can submit their works to called the Forum Hoards, you may have seen them on Instagram. :) Additionally there is an annual competition called the Paperc

Website outages If you are a regular visitor to our website or the forums, you will be aware that we have been suffering a spate of website outages. Apologies for this – we have been trying to work with our hosting provider to identify the root cause. Unfortunately, it is proving hard to do this as the dashboard controls on our side don’t give us the information we need to self-diagnose. RMU Aaron has delivered a vast spreadsheet of creature stats for sanity checking. Graham Bottley is devising how to create a RMU Lite from the latest RMU drafts. HARP Fantasy and HARP SF I have completed an editorial sweep of the HARP SF Poseidon Gambit draft and it is back with its
Shoemaker's child got new shoes! I've finally found some time to fix some style bugs, crudities and other problems on the site. And I've even been able to go through all the comments, removed finally some 5000 spam messages and published a few real comments buried among them! Sorry for anyone commenting and being buried into the mountain of spam. Luckily I managed to stop the flood but as I was ignoring the website way too long because of life being turned upside down by the kids, the amount of spam on the site had already grown overwhelmed.
We are going on hiatus so the last few entries of the Rats of Tanglethorn will be delayed. This also affects the publication of the Armatelorum delaying it by a week or two. The reason is that we are currently in the process of moving to temporary digs. Other projects scheduled for this year will be delayed by about a month but so far, that is the limit of the impact on our publishing schedule. Regular posts will start back up in about two to three weeks if all goes well. However, regular site management and maintenance will be unaffected. Inquiries during this time may also experience a delay in reply as well as any associated social media. The hiatus will last around two weeks and after that, another may follow when moving into a permanent location. In the meantime, we hope you will continue to follow our posts, browse our archives, and patronize our publications. Sincerely, Robert A.
